Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 10, 2026
Company: Teleweb Inc. ("Teleweb," "we," "us," or "our")
Teleweb Inc. is deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of our Spectators, Players, and Hosts. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, secure, and store information when you interact with our mobile applications, websites, television apps, console software, and proprietary physical hardware devices, including the Teleweb-Porter ecosystem.
1. Data Encryption & Zero-Knowledge Storage
User Credentials & Identity Isolation
- Cryptographic Salting & Hashing: Teleweb does not store plain-text account login credentials, passwords, or raw profile emails directly on our internal servers. All credentials are fully encrypted using military-grade security layers.
- Zero Human Sight: Profile authorization parameters are handled programmatically; no human employee, engineer, or administrator at Teleweb Inc. has the physical ability to view, extract, or read your login keys.
Financial & Payment Isolation
- No Payment Retention: Teleweb does not collect, log, or store credit card numbers, bank routing keys, billing profiles, or financial transaction histories on our servers.
- Secure Gateway Tokens: All player top-up operations, package purchases, and host payouts are executed and authorized exclusively through the secure PayPal payment gateway. Financial data is encrypted in transit and passed directly to external processors.
2. Device-Level Hardware Permissions (OS Access Requirements)
To link, bind, operate, and manage your Teleweb-Porter hardware, our mobile applications require access to the following native operating system permissions on your client device:
- Local Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Access: Mandatory for initial local pairing configurations, device signaling handshakes, and enforcing the dedicated local Wi-Fi protocol constraint.
- Photo Album & Storage File Media Access: Required to authorize clip exports, download player session recordings, and manage local media assets within the software interface.
- Active Device Audio/Microphone Permissions: Necessary to execute real-time, two-way low-latency audio transmission via the Teleweb-Porter's internal physical speaker framework.
3. Physical Shipping, Logistics, and Operation Data
- Necessary Data Collection: While digital data is isolated, Teleweb retains physical name, phone number, and physical destination address records exclusively to fulfill orders for physical Teleweb-Porter hardware and peripheral sales.
- Authorized Third-Party Processors: We transmit shipping labels and delivery records securely through ShipStation to fulfill physical purchases.
- Logistics Carriers: Shipments are processed and handled via regional and global logistical networks, including, but not limited to, FedEx, UPS, and Global Post.
4. Low-Latency Peer-to-Peer Streaming & Recording Framework
Real-Time Streaming Controls
- Isolated Networks: All video feeds, real-time sensor streams, and interactive two-way voice communications pass through a closed, secure network infrastructure.
- First-Party Platform Exclusivity: Live streams are restricted to authorized Teleweb environments. Unencrypted links, external websites, unauthorized third-party apps, or scraped media relays are structurally blocked from accessing our telemetry and live footage.
Roadmap Disclosures for Recording Assets (Future Upgrades)
To maintain future-proof transparency, users acknowledge that the platform reserves the right to deploy the following media capture capabilities:
- Host Cloud Vault (Upcoming Feature): The platform may deploy an optional, subscription-based cloud recording layer tailored for demanding Hosts. When enabled by the Host, this utility stores a rolling 24-hour backup loop of the vehicle’s active stream on secure servers for liability audits, session management, or historical retrieval.
- Player Clip Exporter (Upcoming Feature): The platform may deploy an in-app "Screen-Recording" button. This asset allows active Players to export video clips of their current driving session directly through the software layout to simplify sharing on external social media networks.
- Third-Party Device Capture Warning: Even prior to the deployment of first-party in-app tools, all users recognize that the platform cannot block or control native operating system screen-recording utilities built directly into a Player's or Spectator’s mobile phone, desktop operating system, or gaming console. Users stream live media at their own risk regarding third-party local screen capture.
5. Real-Time Geolocation Filters & Map Discretion
Host Device Location Protections
- Masked Geolocation: To ensure the personal safety and privacy of our device owners, the exact physical street address and pinpoint coordinates of a Host device are never exposed or made public on any side of the platform.
- Map Tab Matrix Filtering: The platform utilizes an interactive "Map Tab" to enable Users, Players, and Spectators to discover operational vehicles on the other side of the earth. However, map placement relies on a generalized localized grid. The tracking pin system intentionally masks and eliminates pinpoint accuracy, providing an offset regional indicator that protects the exact house, workshop, or land plot where the Teleweb-Porter is running.
- Coordinate-Based Proximity Matching: Secure servers process latitude and longitude parameters in a sandboxed background environment. The platform utilizes these data metrics to dynamically suggest nearby hardware connections to Players, showing local devices first without revealing the underlying physical location.
Player & Spectator Location Sourcing
- Local Proximity Optimization: When you log into the platform via a mobile app, computer browser, or gaming console, Teleweb requests permission to check your active location data. This localized context is used solely to calibrate your dashboard to show the closest operational vehicles with the lowest network latency.
6. Continuous Streaming Discretion Warning
Live Broadcast Hazard Acknowledgement: The Teleweb-Porter is an Online, Live-Streaming Internet Broadcast Device. If you mount and activate this hardware inside your home, backyard, workspace, or any other location where you maintain high privacy expectations, you execute that deployment at your own sole risk and discretion. Teleweb Inc. is not liable for data exposure, privacy claims, or civil liability resulting from actions or environments captured by the active broadcast camera and microphone array.
7. Lifecycle Retention Limits & Corporate Dissolution Rules
- Standard Storage Duration: We only retain personal identification data for the minimal duration required to fulfill baseline system performance, maintain active billing logs, or ensure compliance with local tax guidelines.
- Corporate Wind-Down Policy: In the event that Teleweb Inc. terminates operations, shuts down its streaming servers, or permanently discontinues platform operations, we will immediately cease data ingestion. All consumer identity indexes, mapping metrics, and profiling coordinates will be permanently deleted, scrubbed, or completely anonymized within our database structures, except where mandatory retention laws override platform dissolution.
8. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance
Strict Under-13 Prohibition
The Teleweb platform, mobile applications, console integrations, and connected hardware networks are intended exclusively for users who are at least 13 years of age. Teleweb Inc. does not knowingly target, solicit, or collect personal information, voice streams, geolocation markers, or data profiles from children under the age of 13.
Automated Age-Gating and Interruption
During our account registration process, Teleweb utilizes programmatic, neutral age-gating mechanisms. If an applicant's inputted birth metric indicates they are under 13 years of age, account generation is instantly blocked, and no personal data is stored or written to our servers.
Parental Erasure Mandate & Safe Harbor Procedure
If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover or suspect that your child under the age of 13 has circumvented our platform controls, created an account, or transmitted data (including text comments, audio talkback, or localization parameters), contact us immediately at hello@teleweb.live.
Upon notification and verification, Teleweb Inc. will immediately freeze the account profile, halt all connected device relays, and permanently purge, delete, and expunge all personal information and historical data logs associated with that child from our global server databases within 24 hours, without exception.
9. Data Monetization Ban & Regional Rights (GDPR / CCPA / CPRA)
- Zero Data Monetization: Teleweb Inc. strictly values your privacy. We do not, and will never under any circumstances, sell, lease, trade, share, or distribute your personal details, historical usage, behavioral profiling, tracking telemetry, or transactional data to any third-party marketing networks or external entities.
Your Privacy Rights: Regardless of geographic location, users can manage their data footprint by contacting our compliance officers. You possess the structural right to:
- Request Access: Review and view all personal profile parameters collected by the platform.
- Request Rectification: Correct, update, or adjust any outdated or inaccurate account billing information.
- Request Erasure: Request complete erasure and deletion of your profile history from our global server architecture.
To submit a formal data modification or removal request, route your inquiry directly to our data privacy team at hello@teleweb.live. Your request will be evaluated, verified, and actioned within standard legal processing windows.
